CheckMSCompliance, checked.

From €750 a month for the whole organisation, and never more than €1,100 however many modules you turn on. Up to 25 people. Not per person. Billed monthly.

Rostering
  • Your records stay in the European Union. AWS Ireland, encrypted at rest, with deletion protection on the database.
  • Every row is fenced to your organisation by the database itself, not by application code. It fails closed.
  • Fifteen registers export to CSV or JSON whenever you want, without asking us.
  • Built by working aviation professionals who have run a small operator’s management system. And sat through the audits.

Questions

Where does my data live?

AWS in Ireland, encrypted at rest. Every row is fenced to your organisation by the database itself, and it fails closed. We will sign a data processing agreement.

Can I get my data out?

Fifteen registers, as CSV or JSON, whenever you want. You do not have to ask us.

What happens if CheckMS stops?

A fair question for a small company. CheckMS is a service of Knýr ehf., registered in Iceland since 2003. The product is new, the company is not. Your export works without us, and the restore from backup is rehearsed rather than assumed. Ask for an escrow or data-release clause and we will sign one.

Will my inspector accept this?

EASA does not approve management-system software and we do not claim ours is approved. An inspector gets an evidence pack for any twelve months, each section stamped with the rule it answers, a dated history on every record, and the export above. Whether your management system is acceptable stays your organisation’s business.

What can you not claim?

No ISO 27001 and no SOC 2. A company this size cannot maintain them honestly. No independent penetration test yet, and no published uptime figure, because there is not yet a year of history to publish one from. No single sign-on against Microsoft or Google, so if your IT policy requires it that is a real blocker today. And no customers to point at. You would be among the first.
